Reviewers frequently highlight the restaurant’s emphasis on vibrant, vegetable-forward options alongside classic family favorites like seafood and meat dishes. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive service also receive consistent commendation. The restaurant’s ability to offer an invigorating alternative to typical vacation fare, paired with its cozy setting, makes it a favored choice among locals and visitors alike.
We enjoyed our fish and chicken supreme. Both are excellent, full of flavour, with a nice mixture of potatoes, legs and meat/fish. I asked for no potatoes but not possible as all mixed in. Very tasty though. Cash only.
On vacation, it's all too easy to get stuck eating the usual fried, heavy foods; Leona's was a breath of fresh air - light, vegetable forward, invigorating dishes. I had the falafel bowl, partner had the flatbread - both were very tasty and well presented.
I had a lovely lunch on Sunday, and I really enjoyed the service and the atmosphere. Great food and huge portion!I will come back for sure!
Fabulous food here that really took me by surprise. This unassuming little spot has got amazing flavors. We had the wagyu burger and seafood chowder. Flavors on the. Burger was a flat out amazing double decker topped with onion rings. The chowder was absolutely loaded with seafood that was incredibly fresh. Came with some soda bread that was to die for. A steal at just 10. Wonderful place for a delicious lunch.
Delicious food, great service. We had the chicken Caesar salad and Buddha bowl
Perfect place for brunch in Kinsale. The food tastes awesome and the service is very quick. Soup tastes great. They also have 4 rooms to stay on the upper floor.
Very cute spot with nice food. I personally took a Buddha Bowl; it tasted very nice and was quite diverse in ingredients. I found it a bit expensive (small beer for 7), but that's probably the touristy spot. I'd recommend nonetheless.
Great spot for lunch, fantastic sandwiches and the soup of the day (Carrot & Tomato) was particularly great, especially along with the Beamish brown bread. The staff were very pleasant and the place was lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend.
